TL;DR: Guile if Eagle

Dallas, the supersonic patriot, is here to answer the call of duty in rivals of aether. Dallas is essentially a port of SF6 Guile with some "rivals-fication" to keep things interesting. Dallas can zone his opponents from afar or unleash devastating combos up close, making him a great all arounder.

Nspecial: Sky Slicer
--------------------------------------------------------

Sky Slicer is Dallas' multi-purpose projectile. it can pepper opponents from afar for damage, stuff approaches, or even extend and start combos. This move can be made stronger when using the charged version, granting it more damage and launching at a more combo friendly angle.

Fspecial: Wind Blade
--------------------------------------------------------

Wind Blade summons a spinning blade of air in front of Dallas. Though this attack only has a hitbox on activation, It's true strength lies in its interaction with Sky Slicer. Any Sky Slicer that makes contact with the blade will transform it into a much more powerful version. This enhanced Sky Slicer's properties also change depending on whether or not the regular or charged version of Sky Slicer touches it.

Dspecial: Commando Grapple

Commando Grapple is Dallas' command grab. When landed, Dallas can perform one of 4 different grabs depending on which direction you press while holding your opponent.

Forward: sends opponent away horizontally

Down: bounces opponent off the ground as a combo starter

Back: Suplex that has good kill power when used while facing away from the ledge

Up: Launches opponent into the air for a combo

In the Air: drops straight down and launches opponent upon landing.

Uspecial: Raptor Strike

Raptor Strike is a powerful upward kick that's good for ending air combos. This move can be made stronger when using the charged version granting it invulnerability on start up and 2 hits instead of 1.

Dattack: Only while level 2 super is active

Ftilt: Only while level 2 super is active

Unique Mechanic: Charging

Dallas can charge his Nspecial and Uspecial into more powerful versions by holding down at any time. While the charge meter is full, Dallas' next Nspecial or Uspecial will have enhanced properties. The window for performing a charged move is somewhat generous, but make sure not to let go of down for too long.

Unique Mechanic: Super meter

Dallas has a super that is filled by dealing damage to an opponent. rather than selectable super arts, Dallas has a meter that grants access to different supers the more meter he has.

Level 1 or higher: Dallas can perform the Slicing Hurricane; a multihitting vortex of wind that deals significant damage. input is SPECIAL while holding SHIELD

Level 2 or higher: Dallas can perform Slipstream; an install super that allows him to special cancel his Dash attack and Forward Tilt, as well as turning his Nspecial into Slicer Barrage, which launches 2 Sky slicers successively and can be repeatedly fired by mashing the special button. Input is ATTACK and SPECIAL (Can only be performed grounded)

Level 3: Dallas can perform the Sky High Combination: A series of Raptor Strikes that culminates in an especially powerful one. Input is ATTACK and SPECIAL while CHARGE is full.
