A small airstrip + neighbouring farms converted to racetrack, as is so usual in England. A village of old rowhouses for WWII military personnel and families on a nearby hill has grown a little thanks to it, and many units have been converted to hostels and bed&breakfasts that fill up on race weekends. As there's really nothing else but farms around, Magni Cours style, a small town centre has sprung up hugging the main road access to the track with restaurants, shops, and the occasional office.

The track is custom built following the natural terrain, with very little terraforming. If set up properly, it's meant to have race cars running it (buses with race car skins that stop at the pit lane). Gravel wouldn't be exported, so I went for more of a Bedford or Velocittà vibe, with lots and lots of grass all around. No tire barriers, though, as the node limits would probably explode and priority had to be given to proper curbs.

Education, health, and fire department are set up at the village. If run, this tile will need power, water, and trash collection.
