We extended the end of the existing train line a little ways, and built up a bit of town around it. I know people around my tile are either going for a big ticket item like a fort or little rural villages, so I made the area around the train station a little more built up.
No DLC or assets have been used in the making of this tile, only the vanilla stuff, so as not to cook BBs machine too much when it's all assembled. No idea if I over-ran tree/node/prop count but I was pretty frugal, so hopefully it's all good.
