Compact Rescue Boat

A very basic rescue boat. Do not actually use this for any rescue missions; the boat has several problems.

Uses a small engine that's RPS-limited to 30 RPS, and a fuel capacity of 360 liters. Capable of going 10km.
Has a transponder with its own backup battery, transponder locator, medium winch, heater, and 2 small spotlights.

Yes, there's no gearbox. And no reverse gearbox either. I did add a 3:1 gearbox in testing, it did speed it up greatly but there were problems with the current cooling design (2 3x3 radiators), and the boat would occasionally flip over.
