Mouse not working for Vice City? I have one simple fix for you! A file named DINPUT8.DLL. This guide is specifically for Windows operating system but may work on others. I have not tested it on other OS.

C:\ Drive (or local drive) > Program Files (x86) > Steam > Steamapps > Common > Grand Theft Auto Vice City

Now paste the DINPUT8.DLL file into the directory there and start the game. File can be downloaded below.

If your mouse is still not working after adding DINPUT8.DLL file to GTA Vice City’s main directory, you are probably using a broken mouse.
