A severe flood is taking place here and it has been raining for several days. The government left their people to death and the gangs are still doing evil inside the city. After the civillians have fled, they barrigaded this district as their own base and began pillaging.
Another branch leader decided to turn to us to save the helpless people. However, his phone was wiretapped and soon the gangs paid him a visit and imprisoned him. He promised to help us destroy the gangs if we can save him from those thugs.
A small troop has been sent in for this mission. They have barrigaded this place into a fortress, so you may need a lot of grenades and smokes to clear the covers. The enemies have blocked the way in, so you will need something powerful to get inside.
They know you will come, so they are ready to ambush you with suprise, be careful.
