Hey chief thanks i figured it out
But for me it was:
Right click on game point to manage then select "set custom artwork"

Cover:
1. Find the game you want to change the cover for.
2. Point the cursor at the game you want, right-click, point to “control”, and then select “Set your own cover”. In the menu that opens, select the desired image.

Background:
1. Open the tab for the game you want.
2. In the game tab, right-click on the background and select the “Set your background” tab. In the window that opens, upload the required image again.

Logo:
You need to point the cursor at the logo, right-click and select the “Set your logo” tab. Upload your logo and then admire your results.

Thank you for sharing but what do i use the cover one for
couldn't find a path/place for it
