How to fix blurry text/graphics on fullscreen native resolution

When I selected 1920x1080 resolution in the game and checked fullscreen, my text became very blurry and hard to read.
This is what fixed it for me.

Go to the game folder (in my case E:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Microvolts\bin).
Right click Microvolts.exe, click on properties and then go to the compatibility tab.

Check disable fullscreen optimisations.s
Click on change dpi settings.

Check the override high dpi scaling box (bottom one).
Select Performed by application.

Close, apply and try starting the game.
