Martial Village NCE

Adjusts Cut Resistance and removes Cut Efficiency from all applicable armors added by Martial Village. Any armors with 100% cut efficiency or no listed cut resistance are untouched, as well as all Tiger Natural armor. I've found the Martial Hive Vest to say it has no cut or blunt resistance in the files, but it has both in-game. Since I can't find how to adjust these values, the Martial Hive Vest and its largely unobtainable variant, the Ancestor Martial Hive vest, are also unaffected.

Unaffiliated with Lyston of No Cut Efficiency or Zheyron of Martial Village, just a fan of both authors and their respective works.

I am not a modder. I have no idea how/if this mod will even work, and I will not be responsive to any potential comments on this mod post. I'm actually uploading this before I even test it. I have no regard for my reputation as a modder because I'm not one. As I am typing this, I don't even know if it'll upload correctly to the Steam Workshop. I almost tried to upload with my real name attached to the mod files, and very nearly pressed Upload before catching that I forgot to edit like three items.

However, I took the 20-ish minutes to plug around with the numbers and make this maybe work. If this maybe works for me, I hope this maybe works for you too, so you don't have to take 20 minutes to make a mod yourself when I've already done it.

That said, if I accidentally put a 0.9 instead of a 0.09 somewhere and you end up with shoddy apprentice robes giving you 90% cut resistance and you're anything like me where you think "Oh, well it's added by a mod, so my using this isn't cheating, it's the modmaker's fault" this is your smack on the side of the head to say uninstall this mod or fix it yourself.

P.S. tagging as a cheat mod cos I got into a conversation with a guy on Reddit and they wholleheartedly saw NCE as a cheat mod, so imma play it safe here and add the cheat tag for TOS reasons.
