Just walk right from the house and you will see it in the open.











Disc #2 - Linked Waves
keep going right until you see a couple of boxes by a wooden outing.










climb up said boxes and follow the path.










Eventually you will come across "Linked Waves"

Disc #3 - Void()
Near a bunch of lily-pad houses, there is a tiny area with the Disc.










Disc #4 - Testroom
Make your way right from the Void() Disc until you see a greenhouse. Testroom is hiding behind the tree in the greenhouse. Go inside of the greenhouse and jump.










Disc #5 - Trouble Shooting
Left of the green house has a tree stump and 4 purple flowers. Just hit them in order to reveal the Disc.




















Disc #6 - Aerodynamix
Go near the giant waterfall until you come across a gate like this.










You will arrive at "Bunny circuit". All you have to do is run towards the end of the course to find the Disc. I assume time doesn't matter but I'd still try for a fast time.










Disc #7 - Arbeetrary
After getting Aerodynamix, go right until you see a courthouse looking building. Go right to reveal another gate.










You will arrive at "Ibee's Honeycomb", Just proceed like normal and get to the end.










Disc #8 - Please Me With You
Go back to where the 4 purple flowers are and go South to a small forest like area and drop down into the water till you see a pressure plate like this.










Once you hit the plate, rainbow carrots should spawn. Collect them to reveal the Disc.




















Disc #9 - It was On that Moment
Climb back up and cross the bridge until you see a bridge leading towards the right, follow that bridge to access another gate.










Inside the gate, you will see another pressure plate. Collect the carrots again to reveal the Disc

Disc #32 - Original Soundtrack
Upon entering Paper bay, the Disc is directly above a palm tree.










Disc #33 - Dragon Bunny Untold Legend
Go towards the beach until you see the disc on top of another palm tree. Use the umbrella to obtain the Disc










Disc #34 Shatter Reality
After obtaining "Dragon Bunny Untold Legend", Go to the right until you see this structure with a life saver on top. Climb us and bounce on the lifesaver to obtain the Disc.











Disc #35 - Hardkore Euphoria
Walk south until you see a platform in the water. Use the lifesaver to jump onto the umbrella.










Disc #36 - Reminiscence
To the right of "Hardkore Euphoria", there is another pressure plate. Collect the carrots to reveal the Disc.





















Disc #37 - Fuya's Dedication EP
Go all the way right until you see a stack of cargo containers. Go up to reveal a gate.










You will Arrive an Ink beach, just proceed to the end.










Disc #38 - Year of the Bunny
Near the entrance of Paper Bay, there s a hidden path on the left, follow it to reveal a gate.




















You will arrive at a look-out spot. the disc is in the middle. Not mandatory but I'd take in the view of the place.

Disc #10 - Toxostoma Rufum
Go to the beginning of the waterfall. The Disc is on top of the lily-pad











Disc #11 - The Funkiest Beat
Go Right till you see a Soccer goal. Kick the ball in to reveal the Disc










Disc #12 - Crimson Vortex
Climb up the block structure and you will see the Disc Inside.




















Disc #13 - Null Reference
Go left until you see a bridge. Take it and Collect the Disc










Disc #14 - 500 Planet Shards
Go left until you see another black structure with jump pads. Take them and collect the Disc.










Disc #15 - Bunny Grove
Go south to the record Player. The disc is located on the headshell.










Disc #16 - Lightning State
Go even Further South until you come across a ring like this.










Keep going south the acquire the Disc










Disc #17 - Floating Cut Pyramid Vex
Go right until you see this structure. Cross it to access another Pressure Plate. Collect the carrots and obtain the Disc































Disc #18 - Bite of Brain
Go back to where you originally got "500 Planet Shards". There should be a noticeable gate.










Go into the gate and you will come across a course with timed platforms.










Go to the end of the course to obtain the Disc.

Disc #21 - Take the Flight
Upon arriving at Mount Confetti, go right until you see an underpass. To towards it and enter the gate




















The course consists of balloons that you need to jump on. Complete the court to get the Disc,










Disc #19 - Soft Feelings
after exiting the course, go left to 4 pink boxes. Jump on them to Obtain the Disc.










Disc # 20 - Spider Trap
Go South until you come across a bridge leading to the left.Follow to path to find the Disc.

Disc #22 - New Concept
upon entering Clay Canyon you will see the Disc.










Go to the right and Into the cafeteria and make your way up to the Disc.






























Disc #23 - CSFC
Cross the bridge and go left to access a gate.




















All you have to do is play one round of golf to get the Disc










Disc #24 - Nova Plasma Blaster
After getting "CSFC", go right to the other side of the map to access "Sticker Park". We will need to come back to this location at the end of the game.
Jump on the tents to get to the Disc on top of the Coffee shop










Disc #25 - Wave Function Collapsed
Behind of "Nova Plasma Blaster" there is a gate. Once you enter the gate you arrive at dragon circuit. It has the same idea as Bunny circuit except its longer and has more platforming mechanics. At the end of the Circuit has the Disc.

Disc #26 - 1000 Planet Galaxy Shards
Upon entering Polystyrene Peak, There is a curling ring on a frozen Lake. Take the red stone and put it in the middle of the target.











Disc #27 - I really Like You
Go left of the Curling Game and go up the staircase and to the left.










You will see boxes and the Disc. Jump on the boxes and then on the jump pad to get the Disc










Disc #28 - Ambeeguous
Go south of the "I really Like You" disc and slightly move to the right to see the Disc on top of a tree stump.











Disc #31 - Neverending Summit
Go left to reveal another gate.











Enter it to find a platforming course. The Disc is at the end of the course.










Disc #29 - While Breach
Go right of the Curling game until you see a bridge. Take it and Collect the Disc











Disc #30 - Birds and Clouds
Go North to the Cafe and immediate go right to reveal a few Jump pads.










Once you take the jump pads, follow the cardboard bridge, jump down at the end and then fall into the ground outside of the fence










Walk to the left to find the Disc.

There is no Disc here. All you need to do is start the concert. This will prompt the end credits. After the credits you will get a message saying all the blocked areas are open. Load your save file.

After loading the save, Go back to Clay Canyon and back into Sticker Park. By now the Rocket should be accessible.










Disc #39 - Cardbun Collapse
To the right of the rocket you will see 2 solar panels. The Disc is on top of the right one.











Disc #40 - Among the Stars
Go North of the map pass the Cafe to get the last Disc. Once you collect this disc, the achievement should pop up.
