Sikkert Meat Processing Plant

This map is based on my idea related to the expedition led by the leader of the white movement Kolchak, the purpose of which was to find out the fate of the disappeared group led by E.V. Toll, which explored the land of Sannikov. Instead of discovering Toll, Kolchak discovered the islands and settled on them. However, he did not report this to St. Petersburg, so the expedition was considered lost. After the outbreak of the Civil War in 1917, emigrants began to settle en masse on the islands, as the exact coordinates were published on the mainland due to the carelessness of the colonists. As a result of a large number of people, the Republic of Sannikov was proclaimed with Kolchak at its head. However, the League of Nations did not approve of this and stated that the islands should be under a League of Nations mandate.
Then the war of blue sand began. It was named because of the events of the volcanic eruption in the center of the Sannikov archipelago. This volcano erupted blue sand, which is what witnesses of these events called this substance. Its properties deformed people's space and even time. One of the victims was the English artist Walter Sickert, who went to the islands because he was afraid that his identity as the famous Jack the Ripper would be revealed. Due to the action of the blue sand, he turned into a meat processing plant and he was pleased because the lower classes of the criminals gathered around him and organized a cult around him in honor of which they make human sacrifices. And he sells meat and supplies the cult with everything necessary. I know that this idea is nonsense, but I want to develop it in future maps.
