What is reload-cancel?

Reload cancel is when you cancel the reload animation. The reason why you want to reload cancel is because all guns gets reloaded before the animation is done! The amount of time you earn can be anything from 2 seconds to 0.5 seconds.

To reload cancel simply press sprint or switch weapons twice (Primary to secondary and then back to primary again or vice versa) when you see that you have full ammo in your gun.


Crouch jumping

What is crouch jumping?

Crouch jumping is when you jump and press crouch right after to pull your legs closer to your body. this is good when you want to jump in to a window instead of climbing over the ledge. This is also good as an escape tool due to your hitbox will be smaller!


Listen to gunshots and other sounds

Footsteps is hard to hear but suppressed gunshots and callouts (Reloading and Enemy spotted are examples of callouts!) are easy to hear! Use this to your advantage!

Mini Map

Try to look at your mini map as often as you can! Uav and Orbital will giveaway enemies positions which makes them the best scorestreaks in the game! Mastering the mini map and learning to look at it from time to time will help you alot!


Fast C4 Detonation

Normaly new people to the CoD games press the "throw leathal" button to detonate the C4, but if you press "Reload" Twice you will detonate it instantly


Wall running

Running along a wall in Bo2 will make you run faster, When you are side by side with a wall press your "forward" key and either "left strafe" or "right strafe" depending on which side of your soldier the wall is!
I dont have the numbers but i think it is a 5% - 10% extra speed boost. (lightweight is 7% extra speed)
This is useful to get to places faster and flank your opponents faster.

Fast switching weapons and fast weapon pickup

This is hard to explain but basicly this is how you switch weapons fast.

Start switching to your other gun. When you start to pull out your other gun, switch weapons two times so you end up with your gun you wanted. This will make the time it takes to switch weapons reduced with a very small amount but it have saved me plenty of times!

To pick up a weapon faster, pick up the gun and switch weapons two times. This is also a very minor time saver but it can save you sometimes.


Cover

Cover is so important in cod. Always try to stay near cover and only go in the open if it's safe. The more of you that is coverd, the bigger chance you have of surviving a gun fight.


Dropshot

What is Dropshot?

Dropshot is when you going from a standing position to a prone position to make it harder for the enemy to hit you.
Just press (and hold if you have prone toggle) your "Prone" button and shoot will going from stance to stance.
Why this is in the "Hard" section of this guide is due to that when you are dropshotting you'll get a huge accuracy decrease which makes it impossible to hit enemies on medium to long range, mastering when to drop shot will give you an huge advantage over your enemies!


Spawns

Knowing where enemies will spawn can be kinda hard but here is a general idea where enemies will spawn in diffrent modes.
- TDM / KC / HQ / Hardpoint / FFA: Where there is few/no enemies.
- Domination: generally at either the A/C flag depending on which they have capture. If there are a lot of enemies at thier "home" flag they will spawn on the otherside of the map even if you have the flag captured.
- Demolition / CTF: Always on the otherside of the map from where you spawned.

Spawns is always on certain spots so learn where these spots are!
