In order to pursue our organization's goals, i have created this guide. It describes all forms that the subject can transform into, what obstacles each form can traverse and what dangers they may bring.

This guide is almost spoiler-free, except for description of the abilities that you can get throughout the game, but without any story segments. The purpose of this guide is to describe how you can solve puzzles and what instruments you have.

This is your basic form. Probably the most powerful, but at the same time - the most vulnerable, as there is no place for a human in the castle.











Pull levers, only human form can do this

NOTE: Only human form triggers guards, all other forms can safely walk near them

At first, it will be the most vulnerable form. Still bound to the ground, but stripped of muscles, it lacks strenght to even pull a lever. But with time, it will be able to open completely new areas behind the abnormally cold ice.













Bone boomerang, can activate special buttons. Look for a skeleton sign



Can't be hurt by acid



Frost armor will let you pass through the abnormal cold ice, revealing new places



In future, Frost Armor will also let you block arrows




Can't pass through traps, the only form that doesn't have any way of doing this



Can't swim

Umbra form looks like a shadow. It can slip through the traps and fences, and eventually will develop unseen abilities, but as all shadows it fears bright light.













Can safely pass through spike traps and arrows



Can slip through the iron bars using special ability



You will be able to upgrade your Umbra form, allowing you to extinguish candles of life and rekindle them again



This ability can also be upgraded, allowing you to kill creatures like beetles and rats

Acid will melt Umbra down



Umbra form can't fly over chasms and water!

The soul, stripped of everything that binds it to the ground. A bright wisp that blinks everywhere it wants, as it knows no barriers, except for Light Walls.












Flying. Can't fall into chasms or drown in water



Can blink through thin walls and obstacles



Immune to traps and arrows



You can upgrade this form, and create a circle of light around you that will light up torches.




The only thing that Anima form can't trespass are Light Walls. You can step through them in any other form.
