HMLS Dire Straits

Dire Straits is an older style ship of the armored cruiser classification. She features single main guns and a lot of smaller guns on the broadside, with eight per side in dorsal casemates and one in a forward & broadside configuration per side as well, then some simple deck guns as tertiaries. She was built on an even width, for fun, since it doesn't make it much harder to build due to the low number of centerline guns for this ship type. It's not especially strong, since the APS are small and lack any concentration of firepower, but she'll make a useful member of any fleet that just needs more ships.

General Stats:
~200k materials, ~4.4k blocks
2x 300mm 36rpm Main Guns, 2x 150mm 80rpm Chase Casemates (1 per side), 16x 150mm 40rpm Broadside APS (8 per side), 8x 94mm Deck Guns (4 per side)

Motto: Defensores Per Crassum Et Tenue (Defenders through thick and thin)
