Report a translation problem
They still kind of work, but I've also had some games where I just can't get any of their Precursor anomalies to spawn. And unlike the vanilla ones, which you can use Minor Artifacts for, you can't unlock that option with them unless you discover one - they're in their own category of Minor Artifacts for that.
Whether it works for Pi version or not, I don't know.
I've started over 5 games or something, always with a selection of about 4-6 precursors and First League was always in that list (also the first one). It also always ended up being the first precursor chain I triggered.
I always set the policy to consecutive at game start too, don't know if that's relevant.
Don't know if they patched this by now but couple of weeks ago I wanted to force the Zroni in Galaxy Creation and never got any sites. Some research lead me to a reddit thread and it's basically like this:
The Galaxy setting limits what precursors can spawn but not that you can get them. This mod forces whatever you chose
I clicked all of them away when I created my last game ^^
