Mutual Aid – Better and Shared Burden compatible 3.14

Achievments incompatible.


My first simple mod. It does two next things:
- 1) adds small additional (x0.1) "trade value to unity" conversion to mutual aid trade policy;
- 2) allows use mutual aid trade policy with shared burden civic (without mercantile tradition changes).

I found the new trade policy to be somewhat weak and not very reflective of the nature of this civilian model. A small bonus to unity not only seems appropriate, but will also make the trade policy more attractive and useful for the role-playing experience.

It also seemed to me that it would look harmonious with the shared burden civic due to the similar concept.

This mod changes:
- mutual_aid_conversion from 00_trade_conversions.txt;
- trade_policy from 00_policies.txt
and can be imcompatible with other mods that also changes this files.

Localizations: should be fully compatability with english, french, german, polish, russian, spanish and português do Brasil languages.
