[AUTOMATIC] Polish & European Styled Traffic Lights

These are traffic lights. I dunno what else to say. Place them on the center of Bricksville. Great for Polish or central european focused roleplays. Lets go over what the lights mean real quick:
>MEANINGS' OF LIGHTS IF ANYONE GOT THEIR LICENSE IN CHIPS<
-Green - Go, I cyk dwójeczka w maluchu(only poles will understand this joke).
-Yellow - Slow down, the light will turn red.
-Red - Stop.
-Yellow & Red - You will soon get a green light.
-Green arrow - You may go (direction where arrow is headed) even with default red signal. If its just default green without the arrow, you may still go right.

-Low brick count, only 227 bricks.
-All pieces are connected to each other, ramming has been stopped.
-Timer will be added sooner or later.
-Able to toggle flashing orange lights with turning hazard lights on in the seat
