you can edit how the game looks through the post process tab at the top of the spawn menu, to get this image what I did was mostly screw around with all different options so I can't remember what exactly I did to get this, but the main effects I used were, color modification, bloom and sharpen, in order to ,modify these you must click on the items themselves (not just the checkboxes) then the options for them will come up on your side menu, and you should be able to slide and adjust them from there
