Intro - New Badlands Creatures

These "newly" discovered creatures known as Guides (Sometimes, they take different forms.) Now Guides have been around long before the Badlands have been colonized. However, they have been found in other countries, worlds and universes. They are helpful, but things change during the 2017, when special candies, the Steam Points, appeared in the update. This also made the Guides developed a taste for Steam Points and experience hunger for the first time. This particular lexicon chronicles what is happening with the Guides.

Note: Help me catch and correct my grammar, misspellings or incorrect information. Thanks in advance.

Don't forget to:

The AI Scout

This Guide is the newest and youngest out of the Guide species. It was a science experiment made by Dr. Free Bird/ Great Blue, a celebrity scientist, circa May 1, 2021. But it escaped and is now running in the wilds of the Badlands. He warns his fellow Mercs to don't repeat this genetic experiments to re-create this creature, since the "AI Scout" will disrupt the already damage Guide habitats.

Appearance A slightly offlooking uncanny valley Scout. But still looks very human-oid that one can confused it for the Scout. (AKA also known as Skrull Scout).

Point Stat Diet:

The one created by Great Blue was fed all forms of Steam Point candies and still is up to this day., But it is unknown if similar Skrull Guides gets similar good wills.
The Bee Movie Script

The Bee Movie Script Guide either has the whole transcript of the "Bee Movie" or no meat to it's body. Most of the Mercs love this Guide.

This creature is one of the many recorded species that has a hive and a designated queen that gives birth to the transcript guides. Some are domesticated to farm honey out of them to make Badlands special honey cakes.

The Bee Movie Script doesn't need to go far to feed their queen or to feed themselves, since the Mercs have a tendency to over feed them.

Appearance: Benson, the bee.

Point Stat Diet:

This Guide was fed so much Steam Point candy that they have a century's worth of winters.
The Beep Boy

This Badlands creature actually is a strange type of useful Guide, scientists believes it to be one of the offsprings of the Ein. It shows the Mercs how to use the ": : ", "emojis" and "emotes" for comments, profiles, and optional boxes, to name a few. With the help of these creatures, some of the Mercs have the most beautiful profiles.

This Guide can be seen with both Eins and Blakeneys, since their specialties lay with fashion.

Point Stat Diet:

The amount of Steam Point candies given to the younger Beep Boy are little to none, but the well established ancient ones receives a steady flow.

The Sir Blakeney

Sir Percy:: No, a gamer's purpose is to uphold the banner of beauty.
And you that has a 9,000+ KDR has to lead the way.

This is a special type of Ein, they help Mercs find out find and plan how to make their profile appear fancy, especially if they want a single color theme. The Guide itself is one of the most fanciest and beautiful of all the Badlands Guide species and struts around like a peacock in the Badlands as elegant as ever.

It even knows advance techniques about the profile and goes beyond the Steam Point shop, knowing about the mysterious console.

The Sir Blakeney shares a symbiotic relationship with the Beep Boy, they both help beautifying both Red and Blu employees' profiles, down to the badges and emojis.

Point Stat Diet:

The younger Blakeneys don't receive much Steam Points, but the famous and outright ancient peers get a steady and/or overflowing candy sea.
The Cook

This Guide loves to make dishes, the Cook is so clueless that they make dishes in the midst of battle and hands out the recipes to anyone. Occasionally, a rare species of the Cook takes the form of the Heavy, who gazes at an exquisite meal of large abundance. But eventually flips it. Whether it's for amusements or throwing an actual tantrum, this is debatable. The Cook is the funnier version of the Ein. But don't confuse it for them.

The Christmas Orihime (2021) is the sub-species of The Cook, this Guide is only good at making tasty breads of any kind. But be aware that, with the exception of bread, the majority of it's cooking doesn't look appealing to eat, despite that the taste is just as good as the other food preparing Guides.

"And the secret ingredient is potatoes."

Point Diet Stats:

The Cooks are fed a moderate but steady diet of Steam Points candy.

Appearance: Mostly looks like the Tantrum Heavy, followed by the Christmas Orihime (2021).
The Ein

Look this one adopted an orphan baby PyBro.

Now this Guide used to have a huge population, but currently, its numbers just dwindle to just a few. Since, they are getting push out by the other Guides and the newer, younger sub-species. The Ein is more helpful than all the other Guides, especially the mostly clueless Cook. He gives advice on how to get out of a tough spot, fix glitches/avoid glitches, how to mod, get 100% achievements, crafting and other ways on how to navigate.

Most of the Eins has never seen a "Mind Blown", "Saucy", "Take My Points", "Clever" or "Golden Unicorn" candy. Science groups, like from the Anti-G.E.W.P., G.E.W.P, and even groups from across the multi-verses are trying to find and give candy to these particular Guides. But they're a challenge to find, due to the current circumstances.
A few of the Eins even gained mythical status, where some doubt their existence.

There's even the rare occasion were popular gaming news poachers that kidnaps and make inferior clones.

The weaker but newer versions of this Guide evolved, just to survive the now harsh environments. They have a different body composition, compared to the older versions. Only a few elder Eins exist, because their helpfulness and fame existed long before 2017, so, they're able to be fed Steam Points candy more often.
However there's rumors that to see the Eins in its true form, it's to venture beyond the Badlands and into unknown obscure dimensions and countries. There, the Eins can assist the Mercs to its' full capacity. Since, the other Guides have little to no presence.

Appearance: Engineer, who at times carries its baby, the Mini-Engy.

Point Diet Stats:

Wasn't given enough Steam Points compared to its peers. Unless, they're ancient well established.
The How To Get A GF/BF

"Regarding your future. I advice ya to
uninstall Team Fortress 2...And
nope, you won't get a boyfriend."

This particular "How To" Guide does more compared to the other "How To,..."s. Since, it offers "joke advice", like "Go outside" or have a really big d. Though occasionally, they gives serious good advice, reminding us that there's more to life than working for Mann Co., Blutarch and Redmond and readjust our life priorities.

Appearance: A fortune telling bunny, who is actually Hot Topic's number one customer and loves Halloween. Sometimes she's thin, due to lack of fat and muscle. Other times, plump.

How To Get A Medic Girlfriend

This version of the Guide only appears in the Badlands, usually the Guide is similar to it's the "How To Get A Girlfriend/Boyfriend" cousin. But the "How To Get A Medic GF" advice to the Mercs (and found almost everywhere), basically boils down to "Become a Medic Girlfriend SIMP", if a Medic decked in pink is spotted and just shower her with very pricey gifts. Or this creature tells them that they need to be a the leader in fashion, wearing the most expensive cosmetics, Unusals and flexxing the priciest Australium weapons. So, the Merc will be noticed by her.

Point Diet Stats:

Chugging all of the Steam Point candies. Whether they're serious or not, it ain't matter.
The How To Jump

Most mercenaries love to spoil this Guide with tons of candy. The "How To Jumps". Long ago, the "How To Jump"'s population was just moderate to small. They just say tiny words, like "press spacebar".
It's worthy opponents for the Steam Points are other Guides, like the "Advice Guru" and the "Bee Movie Script". They're mostly fighting for territory all across the world for this and who can get the most candies. The competition is fierce.

To attract mates, the "How To Jump" Scout, they try to do the most simplistic and laconic rocket jumping. Once they find a mate, they then do a jutsu all across the multiverse to lay eggs. Out of range of the predators and hunters that want to curb its population to help endangered Guides.

Serious mercenaries and civilians straight up dislike and even hated this Guide for pushing out the Eins to the background of obscurity.

Appearance: A tiny version of the Soldier and the Scout, but they are the same size as the Desktop Engineer.

Point Diet Stats

Eating every form of candies imaginable.
The How To Touch Grass

Just as abundant as the "How To Get A GF/BF" and the "How To Jump" species, the "How To Touch Grass" Guide just sarcastically tells the Mercs to go touch grass and other "get a life" advice. It's very laconic with it's words or pictures.

Found in the Yeti Parks most of the time, they love being in the damp and cool grass areas. It's basically a chilled Guide, despite it's dark humor.

Point Diet Stats:

The "Touch Grass" Guide gets a flood of Steam Point candies.
The Professional Jester

This is one of the funny Guides, but this Guide is trying to tell jokes, but having more substance and meat to It. He occasionally teams up with the Cooks and the Eins, who are his closest friends.

The Professional Jesters are slowly getting pushed out, since, they have more substance to them. Unlike, the skinnier Guides, like the "How To Touch Grass" and the "Psychiartist". Their babies are left alone in the uncaring wilds, trying to survive. Sometimes, they team up with other Guides and even Mercs for the basic survival and to boost morale.

Appearance: Pyro, who has a Pocket Pardner.

Point Diet Stats:

Similar to his friends, he receives a steady amount of Steam Points at best or doesn't at worse.
The Psychologist

"Don't give Points to me, I'm a horrible guide,..."

The Psychologist uses reverse psychology to get the mercs to feed it more Steam Point candies. Saying things like "Don't reward this guide, I don't deserve your kindness,..."

Like the "How To Jump" family, the Psychologist Guide has the ability to do Shadow Clone Jutsu.

This Guide is short and polite, it thanks those that are generous. "If this guide is helpful, please be kind and reward."

Point Diet Stats

The Psychologist Guide receives over 9,000 Steam Point candies.

Appearance: Looks like the good doctor, who carries a clipboard and pencil, from the Saxxy comedy film, "Healirious." But she's worse.
