If you shoot the plushie in the secret room after you find the cubes, or put it in the microwave, it explodes

What the cubes do:
no clue, they unlock a door that leads to a door with an orb you can't move. idk

I FINALLY FOUND THE LAST CUBE:
In the building with the desk and servers, its in the hallway underneath some pipes in a corner by the wall

Whoops meant to make this one big comment, more cube locations:
Fourth is on top of one of the small antenna towers around spawn, next to the two sticks
VERY CLEVER: One is INSIDE one of the range targets! Damn
No clue where the last one is

LOCATION OF ALL STRANGE CUBES:

The first is in the brown water by the power station
The seconds is located in the skylight rafters of the white brick chapel you teleport to, underneath the curved dark gray metal roof
Third, cleverly hidden, is in the corner of one of the two water pools at spawn! nice one
