3. Extract the HVT and bring him in.

We are tracking the communication between the branches of the Gang. It seemed they have one more Supreme Leader that we did not know before. The Gang is planning to send him to seek asylum on a UH-60 Chopper. It's yet unknown how they managed to get one. But that's not the point. He is fleeing. Once he "Vanish", it's difficult to find him again. So this is the best chance to take him down.
His chopper will fly over us very soon, so you got to be very quick. Snatch the compound on this side of road and deploy the missile to shoot him down, and then reach the crash scene to confirm the situation. If he is still alive, bring him in.
This city is filled with his men, so expect fierce defence from the crash spot.
