TTT Base Traitors Item Shop Rework

I made the Traitor items actually have more diversity and usefulness, so now your friends won't be scared to buy something that is completely trash.

Changes I did:

Poltergeist - "This is a rework of the Poltergeist which makes it have only one shot, but when you put it on a prop it goes flying incredibly fast for about 8 seconds because it makes the little explosions occur every 0.2 seconds." Newton Launcher - "This is a buff for the newton launcher which reduces the cooldown between each shot by a lot, increases the force of the knockback applied and reduces the time to charge the secondary attack." ( https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2111537881 )

Silenced Pistol - "This is a buff for the silenced pistol which increases it's rate of fire by a lot. This means in close range you kill faster but at longer distances you still have to tap fire because of the recoil." Flare Gun - Has 5 shots on mag, can kill a person in 2 shots (must wait for the fire to burn them), burning bodies now lasts 4 seconds now. (recommend downloading the Extinguishing Water https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1228296128 )

Decoy - Removed (Too much situational, and rarely used)

Radio - Removed (Too much situational, and rarely used)


And thats all, in my opinion this makes the game more balanced and fun to play, and now the Traitors don't have to worry about buying something completely useless.

A much better Equipment menu organization as well.
