Description
A simple patch to allow Runes of the Karaz Ankor and Mixu's Legendary Lords to work together.

Mixu's upgrades now show on all factions (not just Zhufbar) and cost oathgold.

Hi! Don`t you want to adjust the price of zhufbar-specific upgrades? Because they are too low in oathgold compare to others

Confirmed on Apex's comment, this fixes it so you *can* upgrade dawi ranged units when using mixu.

@moster8604 did you mean the ammo upgrades (named piercing/explosive bolts) added by mixus? I've just tested and it isn't causing crashes with just the runes mod and mixus lords.
Might be a conflict with another mod

are these upgrades supposed to be the sharp shooter and grudgeraker? Somehow I have those, which is not the usual, but its bugged as if selected its crashing the game
