I made this spreadsheet back in November of 2022, so there might be some generals that are missing from the store, regardless these are all the generals available to purchase at their base stats.
Have I made a mistake, is there a new general available to purchase, is something otherwise wrong with the guide? Feel free to comment below and I'll address it when I can.
