So much Avikan Content!
This patch changes ERM radiomessages (and other stuff eventually, maybe) to be APIS-like rather than SAIL-like.
As you might expect, it requires Elithian Races Mod and A.P.I.S.
I'm open to feedback on her lines, as I've not fully played this mod's mission content, so there's definitely room for improvement ^.^
