United Citizen Federation Static Portraits

A basic (and unfinished / work-in-progress) mod which adds static (non-animated) human portraits depicting various strata from the United Citizen Federation as portrayed in the film Starship Troopers.

Thanks to example static portrait mod for mod file structure

Portraits (male and female) currently included:

- Ruler/Governor (Sky Marshal)
- General (Mobile Infantry)
- Admiral (Fleet)
- Scientists (Games & Theory / Military Intelligence, 2 versions)
- Mobile Infantry

Also included:

-Gold and silver Federation eagle for flags (under Terran category)
-Special background for Federation flags

To be added in the future:

- Civilian pops
- More variation in portraits
