1212 Byzantium faction garrison remake

Description
Most cities of the Byzantine faction are located on the coast.

However, there is no navy in 1212 mode yet.

The trashy garrison of the Byzantine faction cannot prevent the indiscriminate landing of AI.

I was stressed about this so I fixed it.

I applied various high-level units of the Byzantine faction appropriately.

nice mod though i do have to say that garrison usually beats a full 20 stack if you have a fort
