Gmod Inter Chat

Gmod Inter Chat is an addon that makes you able to talk to people even if they are in another server or in singleplayer!
It can work even without chromium!

Talk about random stupid things with everyone! Yay!

DO NOT USE A PROXY OR YOU WILL BE INSTANTLY BANNED!

Here are some things you may want to consider before installing it :

Messages :
- There may not be always moderation
- If you send too many messages in a short period of time, you might get rate limited.
- If you send something inappropriate, you might get banned (Temp or perm).
- You can have 30 chars max for your username.
- You can send up to 126 chars messages.
- If someone has the signature "[MJCK]", it's me, MADJACK911.
- If there's spammer, just ignore them, eventually, they'll be banned fastly.
- Don't use offensive terms.

Inter Chat :
- Typing "!" as the first char won't send the message, as it may be a command.
- To get informations on someone, you can type "?info" followed by his signature.
- To set an email to your signature, do "?setmail" followed by your email.
- To send an email to a signature, do "?mail <signature> <message>".
- To talk to the GIC AI, you can do "?ai" followed by your message.
- To get your current IP, you can do "?ip".
- The first part of the message (Example: "[6281]") is the signature of the message, it's linked to the IP of the client to be sure of whose message it's from.
- The second part of the message (Example: "John") is, well, the username.
- The third part of the message (Example: "2021-10-23 15:47:12") is the date of when the message was sent. WARNING: The date is in European format.
- The fourth part of the message is the message.
- There is no way to disable the Inter Chat at the moment.
- The Inter Chat servers are weak but they'll do the job.
- In the upper-left corner of your screen there is a GIC player list.

Inter Chat console commands :
- You can disable/enable the GIC by typing gic_enabled true|false in the console.
- You can disable/enable the GIC Text To Speech by typing gic_tts true|false in the console.
- You can disable/enable GIC join/leave sounds by typing gic_sounds true|false in the console.
- You can disable/enable GIC join/leave messages by typing gic_messages true|false in the console.
- You can disable/enable GIC playerlist by typing gic_playerlist true|false in the console.

Problems :
- When disabling the Inter Chat, you can't talk in the normal chat
