Stop making excuses for their laziness.
Just because they ported the HD collection doesn't mean they couldn't have included resolution options, which are pretty much expected whenever you port something on PC.
Even the 1999 Resident Evil 2 PC port had them so there's absolutely no excuse in 2023.
Yes because they ported the HD Collection versions like Konami said they were. Those ran at 720p, so these 1:1 ports of HD Collection versions that ran at 720p will run at 720p on PC in 2023.
