- get that white drink with green skull its tasty
- drink some beer and consume some sleeping tablets, they give you strength
- hurt yourself and dont take care of the wounds because they heal themselves obviously
- get real and get friends and ask them to do the thing for you (very hard)

Actually though, I think a big enough explosion might prevent your corpse from turning, and enough bleach might, too.

Consume all the bleach you can find. It will kill the zombie germs in your body
