The higher this value, the better the cost performance of the land.
（I do not take into account differences in effort due to terrain relief or distance to the drop point.)

「Birch & Oak per €」は価値の高い種類の木の本数に対する土地の価格の割合です。
これが高いほど土地の価格に対して利益が高く、かつ労力が少ない土地と言えます。
（土地の起伏やドロップポイントへの距離による労力の差は考慮していません）
