Modular Sparks: Digi's Basegame Modules

Description
This mod adds 3 new modules to the Modular SPARKs mod using basegame perks. I created these modules to help add more options so that it's possible to make more distinct Spark builds and help fill in roles that I felt were lacking.


Modules Added:
Heavy Ordinance Computer
Tier 2 Computer
Grants 1 perk:
-Salvo
Launching grenades or using heavy weapons no longer ends the turn.

Threat Detectors
Tier 1 Module
Grants 1 perk:
-Covering Fire
Overwatch shots can now be triggered by enemy actions, not just movement.

Automated Sentry Protocols
Tier 2 Module
Grants 1 perk:
-Ever Vigilant
If you spend all of your actions on movement, you are granted an automatic overwatch shot at the end of the turn.

@Nom_nom_pies MCM config stuff like that is a bit out of my skillset but I might eventually just make a big compilation mod that has all my modules in one mod, but without the MCM configs.

Well, I'm already liking these additions, but if you're planning on releasing a whole bunch more, that'd be great!

And hey, I dunno how much more difficult it would be, but maybe you can put them all into the one mod and make a MCM config to disable the ones you don't want rather than releasing a separate mod for each group?

I already have plans to release more packs of spark modules, each based on a different perk pack so people can pick an choose which they want in case they don't want to download a certain perk pack.
