Ctrl + Shift + S on Windows/Linux, or Command + Shift + S on MacOS, is the keyboard shortcut for "Save as...", which allows the user to save an edited file as a separate file from the original, or to copy an existing file to the same folder easily while it's open in some form of editor. I actually managed to fix the issue by removing duplicate models from the base model in the PAC editor, and then switching the material for one of the parts to invisible so it doesn't show. I've been thinking about saving my changes as a brand new PAC creation, but I don't know for sure how to do it

looks like a bonemerge issue where the model that is merging has more/extra bones the other skeleton doesn't have. Could be wrong.
