[ALPHA] Backpack Tweaker

This mod is an attempt to rebalance backpacks. This is a test build & is subject to change as we decide what to do with it.

This mod adds two sandbox options which allow for customization of container weight reduction percentages, one for handheld containers & another for backpacks.

All backpacks will have the same weight reduction, this is to encourage the use of smaller bags.

The script is dynamic, and should work with any mod. It will check for containers near the player at runtime and update their stats accordingly. Any changes to the sandbox settings will also be reflected immediately.
