More Events Mod & Real Space - Ships in Scaling compatibility patch

Description
This patch will adjust the ranges of the weapons added by More Events Mod to be compatible with Ships in Scaling.

This mod requires both those great mods to be of any use, so go grab them first! All credit to the original mod authors.
