The Factory Bridge leading into Raven territory posed a unique strategic problem to the Eagles and Ravens; as a valuable land route across the bay, it was too important to destroy, and too difficult to bypass. Both sides independently agreed that the safest course of action would be to wait on their respective shores, and to patiently dare the other into venturing out onto the wide open road. At least, that was the plan…

UUUnnn-fortunately, the stalemate broke seventeen minutes into the operation, likely immediately before or after an indeterminate number of soldiers on each side shouted, “BORED NOW” and charged each other head-on! Oh well, so much for conservative tactics…

There are two ways to go : the high way and the low way. Should you wish for a straightforward linear assault, the bridge calls. Should you have booked other plans for the evening that do NOT co-incite with making rapid acquaintance with a Razorback’s front fender, the isthmus below beckons alluringly, wether by land or by sea. Victory hinges on your ability to know when to hold back and receive the enemy on you own terms, and when to put the pressure right back on them! Though… knowing the track record of both armies… it’s perhaps safe to posit that the first option is fairly… optional indeed...
