Reskinnable CEDA Agent Rochelle

Описание
A simple edit that makes CEDA Agent Rochelle compatible with body retextures, since, from what I gathered, the original mod is already compatible with head reskins.

By default, it will now look like she just took a jacket off of a CEDA Agent corpse, instead of being a filthy f*cking FED.

Uhhh Casual Tactical Rochelle, I gues. It's my personal edit of a buncha K1CHWA's textures, so don't bother searching. It's not on the workshop

That's actually a good idea. I mean, I've actually got a CEDA-less version I used for Biker Rochelle but I think it's better to ask tomaz himself. He probably has a better version than mine, since I literally edited it in Paint
