OlderThanDirt - If you can find the Wind trainer, head north from her, and follow that pathway around the bend to your right and you should see a big building that houses the Pathfinder trainer (3) and a quest starter.

I can't find the level 3 path finder trainer anywhere in and around the Etyrial Ruins? Not in room with arcaine...at a loss. Some help please?

@alexey2128506 I was not doubting you, the message was more directed at the game developer, there is a guy in the first village of the game that teaches all magic, if you ask him about other trainers and where can we find them he specifically says the master of fire magic travels in the land of fire. So either it is intended that he lies to you or he needs to fix this dialog.

@Guy I re-checked: yes, fire master is at Rasunda Lake

So the fire master is at Rasunda Lake? I remember an NPC saying he is at the fire lands. Guess he lied.
