Use Energy Arc on Titans and Ion Cannons

This mod adds a new technology that allow you to use the only titanic full penetration weapon in the vanilla game—Energy Arc, which is only used by Gray's warship form and Nanite fleets in Gray Tempest event.

The mod does not change any other data of the weapon except for adding a suitable build cost (Alloys: 456; Nanites: 6.76) which the original game does not have.

The following is how you obtain the Energy Arc technology:

- I: Defeat the Gray Tempest, you will directly obtain the technology after complete the event.

- II: Get Gray, you will obtain a research option of the technology after Gray gets destroy in warship form (Require 48000 physic research points).

- Or you can just type in console: research_technology tech_gg_beam

P.S.:You can only use the Energy Arc on vanilla Titans and Ion Cannons.

You may face some problems if you removing the mod after obtaining the technology, but it should be good to use for existing save. DON'T FORGET TO BACKUP YOUR ORIGINAL SAVE!

This is a simple mod which overwrites parts of some ship component and the L-cluster events files, so it should be compatible with other mods and stable with game updates unless another mod overwrites the same part of the file or game update change them.
