CS:GO sounds for CS:S weapons

This replaces default CSS sounds with pre-2016 gunfire sounds from CS:GO, along with additional reload sounds for SG552 so it can be consistent with the other guns

MP5 - MP7
SG552 - SG553
Scout - SSG-08

Side Notes:
- This is intended to use with Ihcorochris' Refined CSS Weapons and Nerdie/Uni Cornelius's Altered CS:GO weapons, so this may or may not be compatible with most CS:S replacements
- Since there's no changes to the AWP, you can use any sounds of your choice
