Multi-Angle (30 - 105 Degree) Set: Victorian Corner Building

Description
For a Grand Ol' Time!

This is a set of six corner commercial assets, each featuring a different corner angle. Applicable arcs range from 30 degrees to 105 degrees.

These elegant bad boys hark back to the glory years of stone architectural flourishes and fancy rounded brickwork: the Gilded Age. The majestic hyperbolic domes atop the rotundas proffer glinting golden rooftops for your very own build. The eye-catching picture windows and arched detailing lend themselves to a harmonious pulchritude, apt to enliven any urban setting.

Description

These assets are based on corner buildings built in the late 1800s in Knoxville (the imitable Patrick Sullivan's Saloon[en.wikipedia.org]) and Chicago (like this building near Lincoln Park[www.google.com]). Of course, these versatile gurus can be plopped in just about any North American city east of the Rockies (or in Cascadia - Vancouver's Gastown probably has at least one or two). Heck, they'd even fit into Victorian London.

All assets are 2x2, and I'd recommend placing/adjusting them with MoveIt! or something like it. They are each made to have at least one wall on the tile border for abutting placement.

As I must use the Asset Editor in --noWorkshop mode, only vanilla decorations have been used (no dependencies).

Quick aside - I'll be continuing to release assets in CS1 exclusively for the forseeable future. Even when Paradox does get mod support for CS2, I don't want to make the time investment to perfect the new game. It looks better out of the box... but my CS1 cities are so riddled with mods, custom assets, and setting adjustments that for now there's no comparability.

To each their own, though; be sure to support Paradox & check out the new game!

Yes they are! Can remove them no problem in editor or be activating Procedural Objects on the asset.

Also if anyone wants to redecorate the assets and reupload, no problem just please credit me if you can!

Your buildings are perfect for catching that Midatlantic early 20th Century look.

Thanks tomb! That building is actually Modocero's Interstate Blood bank asset, sunk into the ground a little, with a "YMCA logo" from another asset:
