瞬間增加NPC_More_NPC

特色：產生2個新NPC，保證地圖不空

機制：
1 只要用家到城隍廟投入香火錢，系統就會產生2個新NPC去到你附近
2 特殊NPC的不計
3 隨機造出盜賊，或是是一般沒有門派的NPC
(地圖上盜賊越多，那做出盜賊機會愈高)
4 新的NPC有1／4機會是會比較強的，3／4機會都是弱的NPC
5 新的NPC是無居所的
6 新的NPC會隨機加入門派，但只會是外門弟子
7 每次觸發後要等5秒才能再觸發

續發條件
1 主角不是在特殊地方（例如：火山，極惡嚴寒）
2 主角不是被關押

注意：
這MOD只是想增加多些NPC，為免大家濫用，所以重新的NPC都不會太強

Features: Generate 2 new random NPCs to ensure that the map won't be empty.

How it works:
1 As long as the user goes to the "City Guardian" Temple and made "DONATION" sincerely, the system will generate 2 new NPCs and send to the area near you.
2 No special NPCs will be generated
3 It will randomly made the NPC to be a bandit or other regular NPC
(if the map contains lot of bandit, then the chance to be bandit will be higher)
4 There is a 1/4 chance that the new NPC will be stronger, and a 3/4 chance that the new NPC will be a weak NPC.
5. The new NPC has no residence.
6 The new NPC will randomly add to any sect. It will be outer disciple position

Notice:
This MOD just wants to add more NPCs. To avoid the abuse, it is intended to make new NPCs weaker.
