Requires Counter-Strike: Source for all the textures to appear correctly.
Counter-Strike: Source can be bought from the Steam store.

Has:
- Tree house
- Swimming pool
- Car garage
- Big garden around the house
- Ground AI paths
- Air AI paths
- Team spawn points (32 each side)

Map should be in the Sandbox category named "gm_house3v4".

I'm aware that some maps could use some polish to make them better overall but at this point no changes will be made.

Will you ever think of adding shadows to your map? (like the shadows in hl2 and css maps)
