while in game go to:

Settings > EA Account > Multiplayer settings > Ping site - Set this to (US, Virginia)
OR
Settings > EA Account > Multiplayer settings > Ping site - Set this to (Germany)

Almost every player plays on these server so it wont be hard to find players in games, you may sacrifice a stable internet connection but the game is still playable under 150 ping.

This is the amount of players playing on different ping sites. Notice how 95% of the players are playing on 2 servers? thats what you need to do.

SIMPLE KNOWLEDGE

Play on the pingsite which makes sense, if it is late for half of the EU players it might be worth to switch to viriginia servers if NA is just waking up and starting to play. same thing for the NA players switching to EU if its late for them.


Why am I still getting into empty lobbies???!!??

When you queue for a game for too long it will open up a lobby and you will be the only person in it. To AVOID this, when you have been queuing for a good amount of time (like 30 secs) and still cannot find a lobby click CANCEL and re-queue. There is almost Always a full server, if someone in that game leaves you will take their spot.

Tips for queuing

- When finding a game for Supremacy make sure to click the button at the bottom that says play any. This will queue for any game within those 3 eras. But from personal experience the most popular supremacy gamemode is age of the republic

- When finding a game for CO-OP make sure to find the mode that is right for you. If you are new to the game Focus on leveling up the main 4 classes and getting good star cards. If you are new click PLAY ANY at the bottom to find a game faster. Each age has different heros so if you are trying to max a specific hero they may only be playable in 1 of the 6 eras. So look up which heros are in which before you queue.

Adding multiple randoms in game allows you to join off of them while they are in game.


If the server they are in is full you will join a queue to join their game, once a spot is available you will join.
This is best for looking to play on maps you like playing on, if many of your friends are playing in different lobbies on different maps, you can join off of the person who is playing on a map you like.

The player count peaks at around ~1200 players each day (Just for steam). You are going to want to play at the peak hour to find the most players.
