Smaller Colony Deeds

This mod is certainly a must-have. Thank you.
I will never understand why they made Colony Deeds so goddamn large in the first place.
Was super-duper annoyed when I finished my set of small apartments only to find out it can't fit because the thing's too large.

Given it a quick test for ya and all seems well! The object takes up 1 block and can be surrounded by other objects and is centred in the 1x1 block.

Alright patched a few things in the .object and .frames files, updated the PNG and now it seems to work! image appears under cursor when placing and remains there when placed! Thanks for pointing that out ImTotallyNormal !

Yeah that's exactly what it's doing. Awesome, discreet pet tethers would also be dope!

I think to fix the issue the object needs it's physical size restricting to 1x1 blocks as at the moment it still seems to be its 2x3 size but just shows the smaller sprite in the top left of the object. Either way the mod makes the deeds looks way neater, but a fix to make the object place as a 1x1 would make it top tier!

Like it ends up and to the left of the cursor? That would make sense, I literally just edited the image, drew a new one in the top left corner and made the rest transparent LOL, I think I could fix that though. I’ve been digging a little deeper into how the the relevant files work because I’m working on another mod to make pet tethers more discrete as well :)

Found a small issue when first loading it up on my game. The sprite is one block up and one block left of where the actual place able item.
