By Megumin

What you will need
You will need ONE of the following items to change an object on load:

Item
Store
Cost
Wall Clock
Central Circuit
100 Units
Clock
Central Circuit
300 Units
Pumpkin Clock
Sweet Suites Furnishings
750 Units
Grandfather Clock
Rob's Imports
8,000 Units
Glow in the Dark Clock
Asteroid Belt
5,000 Tickets

Along with whatever you want to hide/activate on condo load.

It will also be helpful to equip the Tower Glove! It helps a lot with editing items quickly. Now that you have all of your items, let's begin building!
Building the On-Load Changer
1: Place the items

First, place your clock from your inventory into the condo, nearby whatever it is you want to do something on load. Somewhere close to the clock, place a toggle module from the Condo I/O section of the inventory.

2: Connect items to the toggle module

Using the tower glove, connect the toggle module to all of the items you want to change on condo load. In this example, I want to hide the canvas cube, hide the crab, and set the text object to something specific.

3: Edit the connections to your items

Open the connections menu for the toggle module. Now, set all of the connections to do what you want when the condo loads in. In this example, I set the crab and canvas cube to 'hide' when the toggle module is set on, and I set the text to display a specific message.

4: Connect the clock to the toggle module

Connect the clock to the toggle module.

Set the toggle module to 'SetOn' when triggered. Click and drag the three dots next to the output box, and drag the connection into the category on the left labelled "OnSecondPassed".

You have now completed the on load trigger! When the condo loads in, a second passes, which triggers the clock's connection to the toggle module. the toggle module is 'setOn' after that first second, which triggers whatever you connect to the toggle module. In this case, it hides and sets the text on the items we connected. Anything you connect to that toggle module will happen a second after loading in the condo.

As seen in the image below, on loading the condo, the crab and canvas cube have been hidden, and the text is set to the message we gave it.

I think the clocks dont even work consistently anymore, at least at a large volume. A few updates ago I ran into some issues with only a portion of the items hiding, seemingly at random. So a rewrite is needed either way haha

That is correct! I'll have to update this guide when I get the chance. Thanks for the reminder!

You can use a timer module to accomplish the same thing without needing to buy something else :)
