Akt drugi opowiada historię o wyspie Irtand, którą zamieszkują Władcy Północy. Rządzi tam Wielki Władca, który wybierany jest przez starszyznę. Poznamy losy Gunnara, syna Asbjorna, prawowitego spadkobiercy wyspy. Akt drugi składa się z 6 misji.

EN: The Ballad of the Empire is a collection of stories about the mighty Alaard Empire and the other kingdoms that inhabit these lands. Each act is devoted to a separate story. The second act tells the story of the island of Irtand, which is inhabited by the Lords of the North. It is ruled by a Great Ruler who is elected by the elders. We will learn the fate of Gunnar, the son of Asbjorn, the rightful heir of the island. The second act consists of 6 missions.

Wyspa Irtand - kraina władców północy. Panuje wojna domowa po śmierci Wysokiego Władcy - Asbjorna. Młody rzemieszek, Gunnar - syn Asbjorna planuje zjednoczyć zwaśnionych lordów i przekonać ich, że jest właściwą osobą na Wysokiego Władcę.
