Repeatable Mastery of Nature Decision

Description
Things This Mod Does
- Mastery of Nature can be repeated/enhanced at the cost of Influence and an increasing cost of Energy/Minerals
- Energy/Minerals cost increases exponentially, but is reduced on larger planets
- Mastery of Nature is moved to the top of the Decisions list
- Justifies playing Life-seeded for once
No deposits are added, all handled with the Planet Modifier itself.
Note: "Max Resource Districts" is unaffected, and will remain as +50% for any amount of enhancements.

I'm not entirely sure, but nothing has really changed mechanically. Might bump the version later

do you know if this mod works for 4.0?

Or you could spend that influence on habitats instead.

Of course, like 30 usages for Big planets, 20 for Medium Planets and 10 for small planets

The mod is amazing! However, I personally think it could be more balanced by doubling the cost with each use and implementing a limit of 30 uses, with the final 10 being significantly more expensive. I'm not criticizing the mod itself, but I feel that the tradition is currently too accessible, allowing players to spam the feature making strong planets early on.

There is no limit - the cost of mastery of nature just increases the more you use it
