锻炼刚开始每天1-0次就可以了，每天第一次必完美，大成功在我看来也是亏的，家务过度用可以，但没有扫荡的道具，后面日常8行动力扫荡+1格行动力瑟瑟，战力和钱基本溢出，好感看多重高潮技术，不过有个二重也基本不用刷了，新档优先刷亲嘴次数成就，最容易达成，其次是内射，各区域成就对应的是高潮次数。lv1=10次，lv2=20,lv3=30,有大佬解包高潮进度条计算规则的话还请分享一下，懒得试了等喂饭
