Less Tanky Ascent Enemies

Descripción
Makes the ascent less of a pushover by halving the tainted enemies hp which should make the ascent a bit more fun (at least in my opinion)

Change list:

T. Hopper: 80 > 40
T. Spitty: 60 > 30
